Dallas, Texas food photographer David Matthew Callahan has been called "The Best Food Photographer in Dallas. Texas"  -  Pam Wenzel author of "Spa Water"  Though he would the never admit to anything like that Callahan certainly has accomplished quite a list of professional accolades from published work in Bon Appetit to national advertisement campaigns for restaurant chains such as Del Frisco's.
